Malaysian Productivity Corporation (MPC) are conducting a joint study with EU-ERA in review the existing wage system and proposing a new wage model that can be applied to increase labor compensation while promoting productivity and economic growth. Therefore, a comprehensive survey is to be developed to assess the level of acceptance towards the new wage models and evaluate the effectiveness of the current wage governance. Through this discussion session, a few sets of engagement session will be carried out in developing the survey question and distributing the questions to the employees and employers in Malaysia.
